Who can see patient pages, how long videos are kept, and how AI is used.
Patient pages are private
Each patient page opens only from its private link, and videos play only from that page through short-lived addresses. Pages aren't listed anywhere or found by search engines.
How long videos are kept
A sent program expires 180 days after it's sent, by default. Its videos are then deleted, unless another active program still uses them. If your clinic needs a different period, write to us.
Written instructions and AI
Phydeo uses an AI service to write instructions from what you say and to translate them. You check every instruction before it goes out, and translations are labelled as automatic. Patient information is never used to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Patients should first ask their clinic, which controls their information in Phydeo. Our privacy policy has the details.
