These terms are an agreement between TotalCoaching inc. and the clinic or physio who signs up for Phydeo. By creating an account, you accept them.
The service
Phydeo lets physiotherapists and other health professionals film exercises, turn their spoken explanation into written instructions, and send programs to patients on a page in the clinic's brand.
Accounts and seats
Each physio needs their own seat and login. Keep your password private. A clinic administrator can add and remove seats; programs stay with the clinic when a physio leaves.
Free trial, price and billing
New accounts get a 30-day free trial without a card. After that, Phydeo costs CA$19 per physio per month, or CA$190 per physio per year, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the service then continues until the end of the period already paid, and that period isn't refunded. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the exercises you prescribe and for your clinical judgment. You must have your patient's consent to film them and to send them their program. You must check the written instructions and translations Phydeo drafts before sending them; Phydeo won't send a program until you do. Phydeo doesn't replace a professional's assessment.
Your content
Your videos, instructions and patient information remain yours or your clinic's. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide Phydeo to you and your patients. Our privacy policy explains how this information is handled.
Acceptable use
Don't use Phydeo to break the law, upload content you have no right to share, try to access other clinics' information, or disrupt the service.
Availability
We work to keep Phydeo available and secure, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may update features over time. If we ever stop offering Phydeo, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Phydeo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice when possible. When an account is closed, its content is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We'll give at least 30 days' notice of important changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there, and disputes are heard by the courts of the district of Québec.
