Quick answers
I used the old Phydeo app. Do I need a new account?
No. Update the app from the store, or sign in on the web, with your usual email. Your clinic and brand carry over, and you can now edit a program after you send it.
Does my patient need to install anything?
No. Patients open a link from a text or email. There's no account or password.
Which languages does Phydeo support?
The app is in English and French. Written instructions can be translated into your patient's language on their page.
How long are videos kept?
A sent program expires after 180 days by default, and its videos are then deleted. If your clinic needs a different period, write to us.
