Cliniko
File every program in the patient's Cliniko file, and open Cliniko patients in Phydeo.
What it does
Once your clinic connects Cliniko, every program a physio sends, and every change made after sending, is filed as a one-page PDF in the patient's Cliniko file. The PDF lists the exercises, sets and reps, the written instructions, the physio and the date. Videos stay in Phydeo, and the patient's private link isn't included.
An optional "Open in Phydeo" button on each Cliniko patient opens a new program for that patient in Phydeo, with their name, email and phone filled in.
Connect Cliniko
The clinic owner does this once, on the web at app.phydeo.com.
In Cliniko, open My info (your name, top right), turn on API keys and save. Under Manage API keys, add a key named Phydeo and copy it. Cliniko shows it only once.
In Phydeo, open Integrations from the menu, paste the key under Cliniko and press Connect Cliniko. Phydeo checks the key with Cliniko and shows whose key it is.
One key covers the whole clinic. Use the key of a Cliniko user who can see all patients, such as an administrator.
Add the Open in Phydeo button
In Cliniko, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Connected patient apps. Add Phydeo with the address shown under Cliniko on Phydeo's Integrations page, which has a button to copy it.
The button then appears on every patient in Cliniko. A physio who isn't signed in to Phydeo signs in first and comes straight back to the patient.
How Phydeo finds the right patient
Phydeo files a program only when it's sure it's the same person: a patient opened from the Cliniko button, a Cliniko patient with the same email, or one with the same first and last name and the same phone number.
If none matches, nothing is filed and the Integrations page counts it. Open the patient from Cliniko with the button once, and the next programs are filed.
Privacy and turning it off
Phydeo stores the key encrypted and uses it only to look up the patient a physio opens or sends to, and to file their program. It doesn't copy your Cliniko patient list.
To stop, press Disconnect on the Integrations page, or archive the key in Cliniko. Programs already filed stay in Cliniko.
If something goes wrong
If Cliniko refuses the key, for example because it was archived, Phydeo stops filing, shows a problem on the Integrations page and emails the clinic owner once. Connect with a new key, and new programs are filed again.
