Recording and narration
Film an exercise, talk through it, and check the written instructions.
Filming tips
Hold the phone upright and keep your patient's whole body, or the joint you're working on, in the frame. Film one exercise per video, and keep it short: a few clean reps is enough.
The first time, your phone asks for the camera and microphone. If you said no by mistake, Phydeo shows a button that opens your phone's settings so you can allow them.
Narrate as you film
Talk to your patient while you record: what to do, how many sets and reps, what to watch for. Phydeo turns what you say into clear written instructions, with the dose filled in.
If what you said doesn't sound like exercise instructions, Phydeo shows a warning so you can fix the text before it reaches a patient.
Check before sending
Written instructions are a draft until you check them. Read them over, change anything, then mark them as checked. Phydeo won't send a program while any exercise still needs checking.
You can also type the instructions yourself, or add an exercise without waiting and check its instructions later.
Uploads
Videos upload in the background, so you can keep working or put the phone away. With no connection, the upload waits and continues once you're back online. Your recording stays safe on the phone until it's uploaded.
