What it does
Once your clinic connects Juvonno, every program a physio sends, and every change made after sending, is filed as a one-page PDF in the patient's documents in Juvonno. The PDF lists the exercises, sets and reps, the written instructions, the physio and the date. It's visible to your team only, not in the patient portal: the patient already has their program in Phydeo. Videos stay in Phydeo, and the patient's private link isn't included.
Connect Juvonno
The clinic owner does this once, on the web at app.phydeo.com.
In Juvonno, open your own profile and add a new API key named Phydeo. Copy it.
In Phydeo, open Integrations from the menu. Under Juvonno, type your clinic's Juvonno address (the part before .juvonno.com, like myclinic), paste the key and press Connect Juvonno. Phydeo checks both with Juvonno and shows your clinic's name.
One key covers the whole clinic. Use the key of a Juvonno user who can see all patients, such as an administrator.
How Phydeo finds the right patient
Phydeo files a program only when it's sure it's the same person: a Juvonno patient with the same email, or one with the same first and last name and the same phone number.
If none matches, nothing is filed and the Integrations page counts it. Add the patient's email in Juvonno or in Phydeo, and the next programs are filed.
Privacy and turning it off
Phydeo stores the key encrypted and uses it only to look up the patient a physio sends to, and to file their program. It doesn't copy your Juvonno patient list.
To stop, press Disconnect on the Integrations page, or delete the key in Juvonno. Programs already filed stay in Juvonno.
If something goes wrong
If Juvonno refuses the key, for example because it was deleted, Phydeo stops filing, shows a problem on the Integrations page and emails the clinic owner once. Connect with a new key, and new programs are filed again.
