Sending a program

Pick the patient

Search your patients by name, or pick one you saw recently. A new patient needs only a name, plus an email or a phone number if Phydeo sends the link for you.

Dose

Each exercise has sets, reps, hold time and times per day. Change them for this patient without changing the exercise for anyone else.

Sending the link

Phydeo can email or text the link to your patient, or you can send it from your own phone. Your patient gets a private link to a page with your clinic's brand. There's nothing for them to install.

Choose your patient's language when you send. The instructions are translated for them, and the page says the translation is automatic.

Changing a program after sending

Open the program and edit it: add or remove exercises, or change the dose. The patient keeps the same link and sees the new version the next time they open it. Exercises you add are translated for them too.

From the same page you can fix the patient's name, number, email or language. If the link went to the wrong person, make a new link: the old one stops working.

Your library

New videos stay with the patient they were filmed for. Switch on Add to library under any video you'd happily show to every patient, and you can reuse it in any program. Search the library, or filter to your own videos.

PDF summary

From a program, download a PDF summary for the patient's chart. It keeps the written instructions after the videos are deleted.
